Career Profile
🚀 PAM Architect at Cegeka
At Cegeka, I specialize in designing and implementing cutting-edge Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for our customers, ensuring robust security and seamless user experiences.
👨💻 Previous Experience
Before joining Cegeka, I served as a PAM Solution Engineer at Proximus, where I worked on the high-impact IPRAM project. This initiative focused on gaining control over Proximus' high-privileged accounts, enhancing security across critical systems.
Prior to that, I spent 9 years as an IAM Consultant, with a strong focus on federation technologies. My role included architecting and deploying IAM solutions for major projects, as well as providing long-term support for these implementations.
One of my standout contributions was to the FAS/CSAM service, a vital platform enabling Belgian citizens to securely interact with government services online. This system covers identification, authentication, authorization, and mandate management, forming a cornerstone of digital government accessibility.
⚽ Beyond the Tech World
Outside of work, I’m passionate about sports, photography, and giving back to the community. I proudly serve as a goalkeeper coach at K. Boechoutse V.V., donate blood regularly, and capture life’s moments through my lens whenever I can.
Experiences
At Cegeka, I design and implement innovative Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, ensuring enhanced security and a seamless experience for our customers.
I worked as a Solutions Engineer on the internal IPRAM project, which aimed to establish control over high-privileged accounts. To achieve this, we utilized CyberArk to develop the solution.
During my time at Proximus, I earned two CyberArk certifications: Defender and Sentry.
I started my career in the IAM industry with IS4U after completing my internship at the Cronos Group. In the first few years, I focused on Identity Management before shifting my attention to Identity Federation.
During my time at Verizon, I worked on the FAS2/CSAM project, which remains one of the most impactful projects I have contributed to, as the service is used to authenticate every citizen interacting online with the Belgian government.
